1. About ZIP.GY

ZIP.GY provides a technology platform that connects customers with drivers, couriers, restaurants, shops, merchants, and other service providers.

Some services are provided directly by independent third-party providers using the ZIP.GY platform.

2. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating and using your account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login information secure
• Providing a valid phone number and contact information
• Keeping your account details current
• Any activity performed through your account

You must not use another person's account without permission.

3. Using ZIP.GY

You agree to use ZIP.GY lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Damage vehicles, property, or deliveries
• Manipulate ratings, payments, promotions, or referrals
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• Provide false or misleading information

ZIP.GY may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Rides

Ride prices are shown before confirmation where supported.

Final charges may change if:

• The destination changes
• Additional stops are added
• The trip is materially changed
• Additional approved charges apply

Passengers must follow applicable laws and reasonable driver safety requirements.

Drivers using ZIP.GY must meet applicable licensing, vehicle, insurance, and verification requirements.

5. Food & Grocery Orders

Restaurants, grocery stores, and merchants are responsible for the products they prepare or sell.

Availability, prices, substitutions, preparation times, and inventory may vary.

If an item is unavailable, the merchant or ZIP.GY may contact you regarding a replacement or refund where applicable.

6. Courier & Delivery Services

Customers are responsible for accurately describing items being sent.

You must not send prohibited, unlawful, dangerous, or improperly packaged items.

Additional charges may apply based on:

• Distance
• Weight
• Package size
• Special handling requirements

7. Scheduled Rides

Scheduled rides allow customers to request transportation in advance.

Unless ZIP.GY specifically states otherwise during booking, scheduling a ride does not guarantee that a particular driver will be available.

Availability may depend on location, time, and driver supply.

8. Payments

Available payment methods may include cash, digital payments, card payments, mobile money, or ZIP Wallet.

The payment methods available may vary by service.

You agree to pay all charges shown and accepted before confirming your transaction.

Third-party payment processors may apply their own terms and fees.

9. ZIP Wallet

ZIP Wallet may allow eligible users to maintain a balance for use on ZIP.GY.

Wallet balances:

• Are subject to applicable limits
• May only be used for supported ZIP.GY transactions
• Are not bank deposits
• May be subject to additional wallet-specific terms

Any applicable fees will be shown before you confirm a wallet transaction.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges may apply where a driver, courier, restaurant, merchant, or ZIP.GY has already begun fulfilling your request.

Refund eligibility depends on the service and circumstances.

11. Safety

ZIP.GY provides safety tools such as GPS tracking, ride information, security codes, emergency-contact features, and SOS functionality where available.

These tools are intended to assist users but do not replace emergency services.

If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services directly.

12. Drivers, Couriers & Merchants

Drivers, couriers, restaurants, grocery stores, and other participating businesses may operate independently from ZIP.GY.

They are responsible for complying with applicable licensing, tax, insurance, food safety, transportation, and other legal requirements relevant to their activities.

Separate partner terms may also apply.

13. Corporate Accounts

Businesses using ZIP.GY Corporate are responsible for managing their authorized users, spending permissions, account funding, and internal usage.

Additional Corporate Account Terms may apply.

14. Promotions & Referrals

Promotional offers, discounts, rewards, and referral credits may:

• Have expiration dates
• Be subject to eligibility requirements
• Be limited to specific services or users
• Be withdrawn in cases of misuse or fraud

Promotion-specific terms apply where displayed.

15. Availability

ZIP.GY does not guarantee that every service will be available in every location or at every time.

Availability may depend on drivers, couriers, merchants, operating hours, geography, demand, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances.

16. Privacy

Your use of ZIP.GY is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how ZIP.GY collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.

17. Intellectual Property

ZIP.GY's name, trademarks, logos, software, website, designs, and original content belong to ZIP.GY or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or misuse ZIP.GY intellectual property without permission.

18. Service Interruptions

ZIP.GY may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity, third-party services, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform when necessary.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZIP.GY is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when ZIP.GY services, laws, or business practices change.

When material changes are made, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Continued use of ZIP.GY after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guyana, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
