Messaging Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Messaging Policy explains how ZIP.GY may contact you by SMS, email, push notification, or other messaging channels when you use our services.
Service & safety messages
Needed for bookings, accounts, payments and emergencies — verification codes, ride and delivery updates, receipts and SOS alerts. Turning off marketing does not stop these.
Marketing messages
Optional promotions, discounts, store offers, loyalty and referral news. Not required to use ZIP.GY, and your preferences can be changed at any time.
