2. Drivers, Couriers & Merchants

ZIP.GY operates a technology platform connecting customers with drivers, couriers, restaurants, stores, and other service providers.

Where applicable, these providers may operate independently from ZIP.GY and are responsible for complying with relevant licensing, safety, food, transportation, insurance, and legal requirements.

3. Pricing

ZIP.GY aims to show applicable prices before you confirm a booking or order.

Final charges may change where the service itself changes, including:

  • Additional stops
  • Destination changes
  • Order changes
  • Product substitutions
  • Additional distance
  • Special delivery requirements

Any applicable charges should be shown or communicated where reasonably possible.

These tools are intended to support user safety but cannot prevent every incident or guarantee personal safety.

6. SOS & Emergency Services

ZIP.GY's SOS feature can share available GPS and ride information with your saved emergency contacts and ZIP.GY's Safety Desk.

ZIP.GY does not replace police, ambulance, fire, or other emergency services.

If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services directly. Emergency: 911.

ZIP.GY does not guarantee that an emergency contact, SMS message, email, push notification, or Safety Desk alert will always be received immediately.

Message delivery may depend on mobile networks, internet connectivity, device settings, and third-party communication providers.

7. GPS & Location Information

Location-based features depend on your device, GPS accuracy, internet connection, and location permissions.

GPS information may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

Users should not rely on ZIP.GY location information as their only source of information in an emergency.

8. Food & Grocery Information

Product descriptions, ingredients, images, pricing, inventory, dietary information, and availability may be provided by participating restaurants or merchants.

ZIP.GY cannot guarantee that every merchant-provided description is complete or error-free.

Customers with allergies or dietary requirements should confirm important information directly with the restaurant or merchant before ordering.

9. Courier Services

Customers are responsible for ensuring that items submitted for delivery are lawful, accurately described, and appropriately packaged.

ZIP.GY may restrict the transportation of certain prohibited, dangerous, illegal, fragile, or otherwise unsuitable items.
