Multi-Stop Rides: Add Up to Three Stops on One Booking
Running errands? Add up to three intermediate stops when you book, and the fare is metered over the full route — pickup, every stop, then your final destination — so the price you agree to covers the whole trip. Short waits at your stops are free; beyond the free allowance a small waiting charge applies per stop, measured from the driver's own GPS after the trip and itemised on your receipt so you can see exactly where the time went.

Order From Any Shop in Guyana — Even If They're Not on ZIP.GY
You no longer have to wait for your favourite shop to sign up. Tell us the store name, phone number and what to collect, and a ZIP.GY driver goes and gets it. The driver rings the shop before setting off to confirm the order is real and ready, photographs the receipt at the counter, and you're charged the actual receipt total — not a guess. Pay by wallet or MMG and the item cost is held up front, so the driver is never out of pocket.

Driver Ratings Now Cover Every Service, Not Just Taxis
A driver's star rating used to reflect taxi work only, which meant a rider who ran hundreds of food, grocery and package jobs had no score at all. Ratings now fold all four services into one honest average, shown on your tracking screen before your driver arrives. If you miss the rating prompt, you'll be reminded once — and skipping it is always fine, it simply retires the ask.

Living abroad? You can pay for a relative's taxi, send them groceries, or order them a meal directly from wherever you are. Set up your recipient once, top up in your own currency, and their orders come out of the balance you funded. They get the delivery; you get the tracking link and the receipt.

Every ZIP.GY ride and delivery includes a built-in SOS button. One tap shares your live GPS location with your saved emergency contacts by SMS and email, sends your driver and trip details with it, and emails the Guyana Police Force — no middle man in between. A direct 911 button appears straight after. Add your emergency contacts in your profile once and it's ready whenever you need it.

PIN Verify: Secure Pickups and Handoffs Every Time
When your ride or delivery is matched, ZIP.GY issues a unique 4-digit PIN. Your driver must confirm it before a trip can start, and food, grocery and courier orders are verified at both pickup and drop-off. Drivers can never read the code themselves — they have to ask you for it in person, which is exactly what makes it worth anything.

From the moment you're matched, your driver's GPS streams to your screen with a live ETA measured over real roads. If their phone loses signal the map says so honestly — 'reconnecting GPS' — instead of showing you a frozen car. You can share a tracking link with family, and it deliberately hides your PIN and phone number so a forwarded link never exposes them.

Share your unique referral code and earn ZIP.GY Wallet credit when the people you invite start using the app. Credit is released on real, completed activity — not on signups alone.
