Can I set my own delivery fee?
Yes. You set delivery fees. If using ZIP.GY drivers, fees are split 50/50 between restaurant and driver.
How often do I get paid?
Earnings are deposited every Friday to your MMG account. Minimum payout is GYD 5,000.
What if a customer complains about food quality?
Our support team reviews the complaint. Valid complaints may result in partial refunds from your earnings.
Can I temporarily close my restaurant?
Yes. Toggle "Closed" to stop new orders. You'll continue fulfilling existing orders.
How many items can I list?
Unlimited. You can organize into categories and update availability instantly based on stock.
