How much does it cost to join?
Joining ZIP.GY is free. We only take a 15% platform fee from each order you receive.
Can I set my own delivery fee?
Yes. You set your delivery fee. If customers use ZIP.GY drivers, the fee is split 50/50 between you and the driver.
How do I get paid?
Earnings are deposited to your MMG account weekly. You can request payouts anytime after GYD 5,000 balance.
What if a customer complains?
Use our dispute resolution system. We mediate and protect both parties. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
Can I pause taking orders?
Yes. Toggle "Closed" anytime to stop receiving new orders. Your existing orders will still be visible.
What happens to unsold items?
Items stay in your inventory. Manage quantities daily. Set minimum stock levels to get alerts for reordering.
