How to Set Up Service Areas

1

Go to Dashboard Settings

Navigate to your business dashboard and click Settings → Service Areas.

2

Add Your First Area

Click "+ Add Area" and enter the area name (e.g., "Georgetown", "Stabroek", "Linden").

3

Set Delivery Fee

Enter the delivery fee for this area (e.g., 500 GYD for Georgetown, 1000 GYD for remote areas).

4

Set Minimum Order

Specify the minimum order amount (e.g., 1000 GYD). Customers can't order below this.

5

Set Delivery Time

Enter estimated delivery time (30-60 mins for city, 60-120 mins for remote).

6

Repeat for Other Areas

Add as many areas as you serve. Each can have different fees and minimums.

Best Practices

  • Be honest about coverage: Only add areas where you can reliably deliver.
  • Set realistic fees: Higher fees for remote areas to cover transport costs.
  • Adjust during peak hours: You can increase fees or minimum orders during busy times.
  • Monitor demand by area: Use your Analytics to see which zones are most profitable.
  • Pause when needed: If you're overwhelmed, temporarily disable certain areas.
