No driver is held days in advance. Your trip is sent to nearby drivers about 45 minutes before your pickup time, which is what gives a driver time to accept and reach you.

Can my scheduled fare change before the trip?

Your fare is set when you book and that is the price you pay.

Will I get a reminder about my scheduled ride?

Yes. Reminders go out about 24 hours and about 1 hour before your pickup time.

Can I cancel a scheduled ride?

Yes, free of charge any time before a driver has accepted the trip.
